ST. DOMINIC CHOIR NEWS:

Feast of St. Cecilia, 2020

The parish choir celebrated the choir feast of their patron St Cecilia on 22nd November 2020 with the Holy Eucharist at 8 am. Fr Sunil Lobo was the main celebrant for the festive mass. The choir members looked after the mass liturgy.

After which, the Choir members gathered in the church main hall for a small program. Ms Iral Dsliva The choir president welcomed the gathering. Ms Wilona D’souza the choir Secretary put forth the annual choir report.

Fr Sunil lobo was the chief guest for the event. In his message his spoke about the importance of spiritual music and how it enables us to pray better. In the absence of the Parish Priest and Director of Parish Choir Fr Aquin Noronha, Fr Royston Lobo expressed his words of gratitude and joy.

To add colour to the gathering fun filled games were organised by Mr Carlton Lobo and Ms Jean Lobo, a song was sung by our very own Ms Diya and a bollywood dance was performed by the children. Ms Monica D’silva the treasurer of the Choir proposed vote of thanks.
