Easter Vigil 19/04/2025

Easter Vigil is the commemoration of Jesus’ glorious resurrection. The Eucharistic celebration began at 7:00 pm with blessing of new fire, Easter candle and liturgy of the Word of God. Holy water was blessed during the celebration. Fr. Daniel Veigas, the Parish Priest was the main celebrant. The weeklong devotion was ably guided by the parish community members in Choir, in the proclamation of the Word of God, in guiding the way of the cross. The Parish council Members under the leadership of Vice President Mr Maxim Crasta, Secretary Mrs Deborah Locker and 21 Commissions’ Coordinator Meera Mendonca assisted in arranging the premise for celebration on all the days. The Parish community made generous monetary contribution towards the religious celebration expenses.
