Christmas Tree Program in Dominic B Ward on 15th December 2018

Christmas is a time to give and forgive and is celebrated everywhere as a joyous family affair. We the members of Sacred Heart Ward, Dominic B celebrated Christmas in a wonderful way on 15th December at the residence of Gurkar, Mr. Norbert Noronha. To add to our joy the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Aquin Noronha joined us. The Gurkar gave the welcome speech. The gathering began with the short prayer invoking God’s blessings led by ward members. A thoughtful message was given by Fr. Aquin Noronha. There was an atmosphere of festive mood through verities of games. Dance from the young talents was the centre of attraction. Christmas sweets Kuswar was distributed to all. The main hero of the program was Santa Clause Mr. Denis Martis who gave a surprise entry and distributed sweets to all the kids.

Christmas carols were melodiously sung by the ward members. Mr. Richard D’souza proposed vote of thanks. Hats off to Mr. Norbert our Gurkar for sketching out such a wonderful program which brought all the ward members together. Mr. Paul D’souza compered the program.
